This manga has everything from deep characters, gut wrenching realistic stories, rich fantasy stories, and a unique artistic style. The story the manga is named after is about two idiots (baka) who want to play music and a girl who wants to design clothes. It's a slice of life in the best ways - amazing highs and brutal lows. There are other shorter stories mixed in which read like one shots but have more depth than most long running series.
